I work aggressively and diligently behind the scenes to negotiate favorable terms for my clients and solve any challenges that come up during the process of buying or selling property. By breaking down the process into simple and clear steps, my goal is for my clients to have a smooth and pleasant experience.

For me, the greatest satisfaction is when I am able to assist a client in accomplishing their goals and home dreams. My first career as a local elementary school teacher and now, a Realtor, has allowed me to take that same passion for helping others into my real estate career. I pride myself on my communication and listening skills. Outstanding customer service is my absolute top priority.

I am a realtor by trade, a native Californian, and have been a resident of Santa Cruz since ’91. My wife Alissa and I live in the Pleasure Point neighborhood of east Santa Cruz. We are the proud parents of a growing family, Bowen and Judah, and we enjoy all types of sports and outdoor activities – surfing, hiking, backyard BBQs, and Giants games are amongst our favorites.
