I have been working in the real estate industry since 2000. Learning early that sales was not something I wanted to pursue, I entered into management, doing everything from administration, property management, marketing, coordination, training and assisting top producing agents.
After the birth of my son, I began working for Sereno Group as a Transaction Coordinator, managing files for 30+ agents. Using my 15 years of knowledge of the business and applying them to each file, I create a seamless workflow for all parties involved. I have helped agents find ways to streamline each escrow file, creating ease in all of the paperwork organization that comes with each and every real estate transaction. Also, conscious of our environment and green business certification, I have found ways to help minimize the paper consumption and become more paperless within the office.
I was born and raised in Santa Cruz County and currently live in Watsonville with my husband Greg, son Bradley and 2 dogs.
